Been running test e solo for two cycles now and thinking about adding deca for the third. Planning 500mg test, 300mg deca for 16 weeks. A few questions for those who have run this combination. How long until the deca actually kicks in with the decanoate ester? I know it is slow. Do you need caber on hand or is prolactin only an issue at higher doses? And is 300mg enough to actually feel a difference or should I go 400?

Deca at 300mg is plenty to feel. Joint relief usually kicks in around week 6-8 once blood levels build. The decanoate ester is slow - do not judge it by week 4. Have caber on hand regardless of dose. Some guys do not need it at 300 but prolactin issues are individual and unpredictable. Better to have it sitting there unused than need it and not have it.

300mg deca is a solid starting dose alongside 500 test. Kicks in slow aye, do not expect much before week 6. The joint lubrication is the first thing you notice. Caber on hand - yes, always. I had no prolactin issues at 300mg but my mate did at the same dose. Individual response varies a lot with nandrolone.

I run exactly this - 500 test e and 300 deca. The deca takes long time to build up, maybe 8 weeks before you really feel it. I take caber 0.25mg twice per week as precaution even at this dose because prolactin sides are very unpleasant if they develop. Blood test at week 8 to check prolactin is sensible addition.
