What training split are you running on blast? PPL, upper lower, or something else?

What splits are folk actually running on blast? Currently doing push pull legs twice a week, 6 days total with Sunday off. Works well but recovery on the second leg day is rough by Thursday. Thinking of dropping to PPL once through then a second upper body day rather than a full second PPL. Anyone tried that approach?

Running upper lower twice a week on blast. 4 days training, 3 days off. Each lower session hits quads, hams, and glutes differently so it doesn't feel repetitive. Finding it more sustainable over a long blast than PPL ever was for me.

Still on bro split if I'm honest. Chest and tri, back and bi, shoulders, legs, then rest. Works on blast because recovery is fast enough to hit each muscle fresh. When I tried PPL twice through the week my joints started complaining by week 8. Different people respond differently to frequency.

Push pull legs twice through works for me but only on a full blast at 500mg plus. At cruise or natural I need more recovery time between leg sessions. Second leg day of the week is heavy compound focused, first is more volume based. Alternating that way takes the edge off recovery demand.
