Anyone else find their appetite completely dies in Florida heat during summer? A few weeks into a lean bulk and hitting 4500 calories is becoming a part time job. It is not the compounds, ran the same stack before in cooler weather and eating was fine. Something about the heat and humidity just kills it. Relying on liquid meals and weight gainers to hit numbers right now.

Same issue in Boston summers though probably nothing like Florida. Liquid calories are the answer - mass gainer shakes, whole milk, nut butters. I can drink an 800 calorie shake when I cannot face another chicken breast. Gets me through the rough patches in the heat.

NYC in August does this too. I shift to cold foods when the heat is bad - Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, cold rice bowls, protein shakes with ice. Eating something cold when it is 95 degrees is just less miserable than hot meals. Sounds simple but it makes a real difference to how much I can get down.
