Ran MTS var 50mg tabs for 6 weeks as a pre-contest finisher. Came in hard, vascularity noticeably improved from week 3 onward. No liver sides worth mentioning, bloodwork stayed clean. Pumps were intense - back pumps on deadlift day were nearly unworkable so I backed off deadlifts the last two weeks. Overall a solid product, consistent with what I have seen from MTS across the board.

Back pumps on var are real. Taurine at 5g daily helps a lot. Used to get them bad and since adding taurine they are about 50% less severe. Worth trying before cutting deadlifts entirely from the program.

Good review. Var at 50mg as a finisher is where I have had my best results with it too. Higher doses didn't add noticeably more for me and liver values start moving above 60mg. The vascularity from week 3 onward is always satisfying.

Good review. The back pumps complaint on var comes up every time. Did taurine actually help meaningfully or did you end up dropping deadlifts regardless of trying it?

The consistency point with MTS products keeps coming up in every review and it matches my experience. Var tabs especially - had underdosed tabs from other sources in the past so knowing the dose is actually what it says matters a lot for prep planning.
