Post PCT bloodwork - LH coming back after 4 weeks nolva

Post nolva PCT bloodwork just came back. 4 weeks of nolva 20mg daily starting 2 weeks after last pin. LH came back at 4.2 IU/L which my doctor says is in normal range. Test sitting at 380 ng/dL, low normal but returning. Libido is still not fully back, seems to be the last thing to recover. Overall recovery looking solid at 6 weeks out from cycle end.

Good recovery numbers. LH at 4.2 is a positive sign the pituitary is responding. I have heard libido is always the last thing to come back and this seems consistent across reports. How long was your cycle? First one I assume based on your earlier post about planning it?

LH at 4.2 after 4 weeks nolva is a solid result. Pituitary recovery confirmed. Test at 380 ng/dL is low but will continue rising over the next 6-12 weeks as LH drives natural production back up. Get another panel at 12 weeks out from end of cycle to see where your natural baseline actually lands.
