Ran var at 50mg for 8 weeks alongside 500mg test e. Strength went up from week 2, bench added 15kg by week 6. Liver markers climbed but nothing alarming, alt was 58 at peak. Kept about 60 percent of the strength gains post cycle which is about what I expected. Diet was on point throughout so hard to tell what was var and what was just eating right. Only real side was some hair thinning at the temples which I already had coming anyway. Good addition to a blast if you keep the dose sensible.

Good keepable gain percentage for var. I ran it at 40mg for 6 weeks on my last blast and kept similar numbers. The strength retention post cycle is what surprised me most, expected it to drop faster. What carrier was the var in and did you notice any difference in absorption between AM and PM dosing? I split mine and felt the PM dose was slightly stronger.

Hair thinning is the one that gets me every time I consider running it. Know my genetics are not great there. Did you notice any shedding picking up mid cycle or only at the temples? And how long after stopping did it calm down? Trying to work out if the results are worth it given my situation.

I ran var 50mg for 6 weeks last autumn. Liver values AST 62 ALT 71 at week 5, slightly above range but my doctor was not concerned given the context. I used TUDCA 500mg per day throughout. Strength was the main benefit - added 12.5kg to my squat in 6 weeks which is unusual for me. Kept around 70 percent of the strength gains at 8 weeks post cycle.

Var is underrated for keepable gains. The wet orals give impressive initial numbers but you know half of it is walking out the door at PCT. Ran 40mg Anavar for 6 weeks twice now. Strength gains stuck for months after. Liver values were fine with TUDCA throughout. Not exciting but reliable.

Ran var at 50mg for 6 weeks last prep. Strength gains were still there 8 weeks post cycle which says a lot compared to Dbol where half the numbers walk out with the water. The Anavar plus Winstrol cutting stack comparison is interesting - Winny gives harder conditioning but the joint issues are real. Var alone is cleaner for most people.

The keepable gains argument for Anavar is pharmacologically sound. Dry anabolic with low aromatization and minimal water retention means what you build during the run is mostly lean tissue. My bloodwork shows liver stress is real but manageable with TUDCA. ALT peaked at 2.3x upper limit at week 5 on 50mg daily. Came back to baseline within 3 weeks of stopping.

I ran Anavar at 40mg for 6 weeks alongside test enanthate 400mg. The strength gains were consistent and I kept most of them. Liver values increased moderately but stayed within acceptable range with TUDCA support. In France it is difficult to source quality Anavar so I was cautious with dosing. The compound has a good reputation for keepable gains and my experience matches that.
