EQ needs 16 weeks minimum and most guys quit before it kicks in, who has actually run a proper long cycle?

EQ has a reputation problem because most people quit before it does anything. The compound genuinely delivers but you have to commit to the timeline. Ran two 20-week cycles and the results from week 10 onward were unlike anything the shorter runs gave. Who here has actually run 16 weeks or longer and tracked their results properly? And how did you handle hematocrit over the full duration?

Two 20-week EQ cycles here. 600mg per week both times. The compound genuinely does not start producing its best results until week 10-12. Vascularity is visible from week 8 but the appetite increase and the dry fullness really come through in weeks 12-18. Hematocrit management is the main work - donated blood at week 10 both times which kept it manageable throughout.

Ran EQ at 400mg for 20 weeks two years ago. The guys who say it does nothing are the guys who quit at week 8 before it actually kicks in. The metallic taste side caught me completely off guard first time, did not read about it beforehand. Not dangerous but strange enough that I almost stopped the cycle thinking something was wrong. Results from week 10 onward were legitimately impressive for a compound this mild on paper.

25 years in and EQ is still underrated precisely because most people cannot commit to the timeline. 16 weeks minimum, 20 is better. At 600mg the vascularity from week 8 is real and keeps improving. Check sensitive E2 when running it - EQ has genuine anti-aromatase properties and I have seen guys tank their E2 below range because they kept running their normal AI dose alongside it.

Just finished a 20-week EQ cycle at 400mg per week. The metallic taste side effect was real and caught me off guard around week 5. Results from week 10 onward were excellent - vascularity and the dry full look were the best I have achieved in 6 years of training. Hematocrit hit 50 at week 14 and I donated blood which brought it down quickly. Would run it again at 20 weeks without hesitation.

The anti-aromatase effect of EQ is the detail that catches people out. Running my standard AI dose alongside EQ I tanked my E2 to 8 on a sensitive assay at week 10. No libido, joints aching, felt terrible. Switched to sensitive E2 testing and cut the AI dose in half. Problem solved but it cost me 3 weeks. Test sensitive E2 when adding EQ - do not assume your normal AI protocol transfers directly.

I ran EQ at 500mg for 18 weeks. My data: hematocrit went from 44.2 at baseline to 51.8 at week 14. Donated blood at week 15, returned to 47.6 within 3 weeks. The sensitive E2 result at week 12 was 14 pmol/L - well below range because I kept running my standard anastrozole dose. Dropped AI entirely and E2 came back to 28 by week 15. The anti-aromatase effect of EQ is real and measurable. Always test sensitive E2 panel when running it.
