At 38 with two blasts done - still running PCT or just cruising forever from here?

Two blasts done, 38 years old. First cycle I ran a proper PCT - clomid and nolva for 4 weeks, started 2 weeks after last pin. Felt like garbage for 6 weeks after, hormones were everywhere, lost a fair bit of what I built. Now I'm sitting at the end of blast 2 asking myself if anyone under 45 actually still bothers coming fully off or if most guys have just shifted to cruising indefinitely. I know B&C is basically the standard at this level but I'm not sure I'm ready to commit to never coming off again at 38. What are you doing?

38 is still young enough that a proper PCT recovery is realistic. I ran B&C for 6 years then came back off at 40 - was harder than my 20s but it worked fine. The main thing is run HCG at 500 IU twice a week throughout your blast regardless of which route you plan to take. If you cruise at the end it costs you nothing extra. If you PCT instead the recovery is noticeably faster than without it. Keeps both options open until you decide.
