Had a few people ask for an update so throwing one up. Nothing fancy, just where I am at right now. Not prepping for anything, just keeping size on and training hard like usual.

Sitting around 118kg at the moment. Back has always been the strongest part of my training and it shows. Running a pretty basic cycle, keeping bloods in check. Will update again closer to when I start leaning down.
