12 weeks off and bloodwork looks normal, is that actually long enough before a second cycle?

Did my first cycle 14 weeks test e, did PCT with nolvadex 40-20mg. Now at 12 weeks post-PCT. Ran a blood panel - total test is 610 ng/dl which looks good to me. LH is 5.1 and FSH is 4.3. Wondering if this means I am ready for a second cycle or if I should wait longer. I have been reading about the time on equals time off guideline but I finished PCT relatively quickly. Looking for input from people who have tracked their bloodwork through recovery.

Getting my post-PCT bloods done was the most reassuring thing I did after my first cycle. Seeing LH and FSH back in range confirmed I had done things correctly. Your numbers look solid at 12 weeks.
