Blood donation every 8 weeks on TRT, is it actually keeping hematocrit stable long term?

On TRT for four years, donating blood every 8 weeks like clockwork. My hematocrit runs between 50-54 depending on hydration when I go in. Question for the guys who have been doing this longer - does the hematocrit stay manageable long term or does it keep creeping even with regular donation? My last three readings before donation were 52, 53, 51. Seems stable but curious what other people see over years of TRT.

Your numbers look stable. The key is pulling the test before donation each time so you have the pre-donation reading on record, not just the post-donation drop. Trend over time matters more than any single reading.
