Training frequency on cycle, do you actually add days or keep the same schedule?

I train 5 days a week on cruise and I keep it the same when I blast. A few guys at my gym go 6 days on cycle but I have never found the extra session adds anything useful. Recovery is faster on cycle but I still need a day off after heavy leg day. What is everyone else running for training frequency and has anyone actually tested more days on blast versus the same frequency?

I go 4 days on blast, same as natural. Maybe a bit more volume per session but same frequency. Recovery is better so sessions can run longer if needed but I have not found adding a whole extra day changes much.

i do 5 days on cycle cus recovery is so fast. never tried 6 days though might be too much even on gear. the extra day might just be wasted effort tbh

Four days on cycle same as off season here as well. The sessions are more productive rather than more frequent. Recovery is better so I can push harder each session without needing an extra day.
