Just got bloodwork at 12 weeks post cycle. Total testosterone came back at 620 ng/dL which is in normal range. Did a 12 week test only first cycle at 500mg, ran nolvadex PCT for 4 weeks. Time on equals time off rule suggests I am clear to go again. But I have been reading that total test alone does not confirm recovery - LH and FSH both need to be in range too. Otherwise the number could just be residual. Should I get the full panel before starting again? Am in Colorado which I know affects some markers at altitude.

The LH and FSH point is something I did not know before my first cycle. Got my post-cycle total test back at 590 and thought I was fully recovered. Found out later that LH and FSH are what actually confirm the HPTA restarted properly. Going to run a full panel next time - total test, LH, FSH, and sensitive E2 - before calling recovery confirmed.
