See too many guys blasting on AAS and adding 10 more sets per session thinking that is how the gear works. It is not. The benefit is faster recovery between sessions. The right move is higher frequency, not more volume per session. Hit each muscle 3 times a week at moderate volume. You will outgrow someone cramming everything into one brutal session per week even with better recovery. Compound does not change how mechanical tension causes growth. It changes how fast you recover from it. Keep the per-session volume manageable and train more often.
