Primo is the most underrated compound in bodybuilding because most people who try it do not run it long enough at a dose that actually does anything. Less than 400mg is maintenance territory. Less than 16 weeks and you are assessing it before it has fully expressed. 20 weeks at 400-600mg alongside test is a different experience. Lean dry muscle that stays after the cycle. No prolactin, no significant aromatisation, no aggression. The case against it is purely cost. At current prices it is hard to justify for most people. But if cost were not a factor Primo would be in almost every advanced cycle.

Primo at 600mg for 20 weeks is a different experience from what most guys have tried. The usual story is someone runs 300mg for 10 weeks and says it did nothing. That is correct - it did nothing at that dose and duration. The compound needs time and dose to express. The dry lean muscle at the end of a proper 20-week Primo run is the best tissue I have ever built. Stays after the cycle better than anything else. The price is painful but when budget allowed I always came back to it.

Primo done properly is the best muscle-building compound I have ever run. 20 weeks at 600mg alongside 750mg test. What you keep after the cycle is almost everything you built. No water, no estrogen issues, no prolactin. The cost is genuinely the only argument against it. When I have had the budget to run it properly I always come back to it. The guys who say Primo did nothing ran 200mg for 10 weeks and expected miracles. Dose and duration are everything with this compound.

Primo is the compound that rewards patience and punishes impatience. Everyone who has tried it at 200mg for 10 weeks and said it does nothing - that is not a Primo failure. That is a dosing and duration failure. 400mg minimum for 16 weeks is where it starts to make sense. 600mg for 20 weeks is where it genuinely delivers something that no other compound does - lean dry muscle that stays. The cost argument is real. But if the budget is there, nothing builds quality tissue the way Primo does.
