Hey guys when taking clen do u have it though out the day or in one go? Thanks

I havn't had any experience with Clen as yet but I would suggest splitting your dosage Am & Pm

Clen is best to take AM and PM. I personally only take it AM because I'm lazy and a bottle of liquid at work looks dodgy, if my Clen were in tablets I would definitely be splitting it.

I take all mine in the AM along with my t3. Half life is over 24 hours so why not
