PT-141 for libido, did the shot actually work for you and how bad was the nausea?

Been looking at PT-141 for a while. Currently running a solid blast so erections aren't the issue but libido is just flat, which is a different problem. Saw it come up in a few threads and the mechanism makes sense to me, it's hitting desire through the brain rather than just blood flow. That's the distinction I've been missing trying to fix it with cialis alone.
Anyone actually run it? Specifically want to know whether the libido bump was real and noticeable or whether you were left wondering if it did anything. And the nausea, everyone mentions it but how bad was it on 1.5mg, manageable or is ondansetron beforehand basically mandatory?

The nausea is very real on the first couple tries. Running ondansetron 4mg about 30 minutes before sorted it almost completely for me. The libido hit is genuine though, it is a brain thing not a blood flow thing so it actually does something different than a PDE5. A lot of guys end up stacking both, PT-141 for the desire side and cialis for the mechanics, and that combination is pretty solid. Start at 1mg and see how you react before jumping to the full 1.5, the responses are all over the place person to person.

The ondansetron beforehand is the move. Takes the nausea mostly off the table and you actually get to assess whether the PT-141 is doing anything rather than spending the whole time managing your stomach.

Good discussion. The nausea point is real - anyone skipping the ondansetron and going straight to a full 1.5mg dose is making it harder on themselves than it needs to be. Start low, anti-nausea prep in hand, then assess.

The nausea is very individual. I got it bad the first couple of times, used ondansetron 4mg about 45 minutes before and it took most of the edge off. Some guys need 8mg, some barely notice anything without it.
One thing worth saying - PT-141 sorts the desire side but if erection quality is a separate issue, you still need a PDE5 on top. A lot of guys stack a low dose cialis with it and that combo covers both angles. Running it solo and expecting it to fix everything is where people get disappointed.

Stack it with a half dose of cialis if you want the full picture. PT-141 handles the mental drive, the PDE5 handles the hardware side, they're doing different jobs. Without both working together some guys feel the desire but nothing else follows. And yeah, ondansetron before the shot if nausea hit you bad last time.
