Started new cycle:

350 mg/w test enth- enough for most the strength gains + small dose keeps midsection tight... no bloof.
300 mg/w deca- mainly for joints but also a little bit for insulin sensitivity and glucose disposal, thickness without deca bloof from high dose
500 mg/w tren enth- It's tren.
600 mg/w Eq- Vascularity and horse skin

30 mg dianabol 4x a week pre training for dat dere pump and good feeling

AI:
Letrozole 0.626 mg (1/4 of a a tab) EOD-E3D, this works very well for me. Keeps estrogen low enough so tren does it's job (those immense sweats from high carbs lol) but high enough so joints don't hurt and penis isn't dead. Pack of letrozole lasts fiveever (longer than forever) this way.
Other:
100 mcg T4 until I work out how to come off it...

Diet: Carb and calorie cycling. Maint kcal to 300-500 surplus.

Routine: ABxCDxx
A: 300 calorie surplus
B: 500 calorie surplus (recovering from yesterday + today's training)
x: 0-300 surplus
C: 300 surplus
D: 500 surplus
x:0-300 surplus
x 300 deficit to 0 surplus. (No prot synth happening)

Carb cycle as per ********'s recommendation.

Will only be short, total of 10 weeks or so.
