IMPORTANT UPDATE - Tracking Numbers

As a security measure, from now on - all orders for UK will not have the tracking # given when delivery confirmation has been emailed and the order marked complete.

I expect that you will appreciate that safety is taken seriously at MTS and that this should not impact timeliness of deliveries.


When can I get my tracking #?

You can email me after 48 hours of a package not arriving from the time a confirmation email has been sent for dispatch.

- UK: 2 working days

All other international orders will continue to have tracking # provided

for UK, should be 2 days, but there is a backlog from last week since the dispatcher was ill so could only do a few per day.
