    Help to build mass

    I was wondering if anyone could suggest ways my body will actually change.
    I train 5 days a week single muscles groups I'm 6" 96kg but look very normal. I completed a cycle of 12 weeks which was 50mg dianabol, 1ml Decca x2 per week and 2ml tri tren x2 per week but gained not weight nor any physical change.

    50mg Dbol alone should have made a difference. I ran 35mg for 3 weeks and fuck that shit was good

    I hope you weren't eating 1 meal a day?

    With work it's hard to eat properly and regularly but I did get 4 meals a day with little 34g of protein per meal

    Protein is not the be all and end all.. Studies have proven that carbs are more important and that your calories have to be in surplass.


    4 meals a day? that's nothing!!!!!!

    6 foot tall and only eating 4 meals? C'mon... let's be serious here

    Start eating 6-7 meals.

    My breakfast:

    15 eggs
    3 pancakes
    2 pieces of toast with chocolate on it
    1 bowl of oatmeal
    30g of protein powder
    20iu humalin-r

    ......


    For what you are on.... it's clear your fundamental problem is your diet. get that corrected asap.

    Can you suggest just a Days meal in take just so I can see how much I need to change my diet

    You need to look at your calorie needs.

    I gave you an idea of meal 1 of mine.

    Then meal 2,3,4,5,6 *could be*

    250g beef
    2 cups of vegetables
    macadamia nut oil
    2 cups of rice

    etc..... give you a generalised simple idea

    Cheers thank you. I think I need to start again and understand what fuel my body needs to make change
