Okay

Really need to get my back injury sorted out. This has destroyed my life. Has anyone here suffered any back injury?

Currently dealing with lumbar spine degeneration, cervical spine degeneration prolapsed l5...

Really want to lift again. Been out for too long I am dying.
18 mos now.

Any advice?

Couple years ago, I made a kinda similar protocol to a friend who is a fighter. He had a pec tear doing a heavy bench press. Doctors told him he could start training again only 6 month post surgery. I made him a solid protocol, he started training again 5 weeks after surgery, which I didn’t recommended him to train again that early, but he is a bit crazy lol
His doctor couldn’t believe how he recovered so quickly, apparently he was like “I have never seen that in my entire carrier” 😂😂😂
