    Getting veinier by the day, skin gets thinner. I've fallen in love with parabolan had para before, but it obviously wasn't from mts because it was bunk... almost al of the puffy-nips are gone just a little bit left so i'm throwing in some proviron i'd left (25mg) don't want to up my ai, because you obviously need some estrogen

    Puffy nips are getting smaller, last bit doesn't want to go away yet...
    Getting leaner by the day, today i'll be doing a refeed. Upping my carbs the next few days so I"ll upload some pictures soon!

    Mts-methyltren really does add some serious strength!
    I use it pre workout 0.5mg.

    Without methyltren:
    squat 230kg(506lb)x5
    Bench 130kg(286lb)x8

    With methyltren
    Squat 230kg(506lb)x8
    Bench 130kg(286lb)x12

    Still holding a lot of water, not sure why though...

    That's some impressive strengh gains with the methyltren!

    because of refeed perhaps or before the refeed?

    Didn't change, it was still as much before the refeed... my sodium and water intake are also always the same, not sure why this happens

    Isotonic 50gr (20gr fructose, 20gr maltodextrine)

    Post workout:
    Whey 40gr
    Oats 60gr

    Meal1:
    Spelt tortilla 50gr
    Chicken 175gr
    Tomato 2x

    Meal2:
    Rice 65gr
    Lean beef 175gr
    Mixed veggies 150gr

    Meal3:
    Rice 65gr
    Lean beef 175gr
    Mixed veggies 150gr

    Meal4:
    Rice 65gr
    Lean beef 175gr
    Mixed veggies 150gr
