Shape is improving!

Haha the tren from MTS is no joke. Even a very low dose is very potent!

Love everything about it excepted the night sweats, but I sleep with the window wide open, so that’s alright lol

Check up from last Saturday:
7 weeks out
88.5kg

Weight is dropping, but not fast enough, will have to reduce the carb intake and increase a bit the morning cardio.

Nothing crazy bro, once a week, morning fasted, on day off just before doing some cardio:

-crunch on a decline bench: 6 x failure / 3s negative with a full range of motion to get a nice stretch

-hanging knee raise: 6 x failure / 2s iso contraction

Welcome brother !

Basically that’s the two main exercises that built my core back in the days. Now I do them only on comp prep, as I have a large waist, which plays against me for competing, I try to keep my core tight, and not grow my abs more

3,5 weeks out
Weight: 84kg

Conditioning is here, still holding a bit of subcutaneous water as I’m still running HGH (will keep run it till 2 weeks out).
Cycle will change a bit this weekend; will cut down some compounds/and add few for the last step of the prep.

Energy is low, but very happy for this journey, enjoying the process, and happy to have MTS by my side.

Nope never, never had a legit source for it, didn’t want to take the risk if I’m unsure about the dosage inside each caps because of the source.

But if I ever jump on it, I know you could help me with the protocol
