Starting point lean bulk.
Duration: 5-6 months
Cycle MTS:
-Test P: 50mg EOD
-Test E: 100-150mg EOD
-Boldenone: 200mg EOD
-Masteron: 50mg EOD
-HGH: 5iu ED

I aromatise very easily, this ratio is my sweet spot to have balanced ratio test/E2.
We focus on quality without puffiness (I can’t go to heavy as I have weight cap in Classic Physique division).

Training will be very orientated mon my lagging parts:
-delts
-hamstrings

(Almost) one month into cycle
Actually sitting at +4kg, bf didn’t really moved up, vascularity and fullness is showing up.
Main focus on this phase is to bring up my two lagging points: Delts and Hamstrings

Current split:
Day 1: Push
Day 2: Legs
Off
Day 3: (light) Chest/shoulders (focus)
Day 4: Biceps/triceps/forearms
Day 5 Posterior chain (lats/rear delts/hamstrings/glutes)
Off : (20-30min light cardio for cardiovascular purposes)
