Because of Masteron shortage stock, I have decided to switch the Masteron with NPP.
I’ll keep the Masteron for the competition prep.

Currently on:
Test: 150mg EOD
Boldenone: 150mg EOD
NPP: 100mg EOD
HGH: 5iu training day (morning/post workout)

I’ve been sick the past week (cold n flu), during that week I could not train and eat much, back on track now, flattened a bit and lost some roundness but it will be back within a week, at least I look drier lol

Day 1: Push
-Pec Deck Fly (machine): 5 x20reps (30s rest between sets)
-Incline DB Press: 1 top set 8reps, 1 back off set 10 reps
-Incline smith machine Press: 1 top set 8reps, 1 back off set 10 reps
-Rope cable Triceps extension: 1x20reps, 1x15reps, 1x12reps
-Close gripe push up/extension on a elevated smith machine bar: 5x till failure (30s rest between sets)
-JM Press (smith machine): 2xtop set
-single arm cable lateral raises: 5 x 20reps (no rest between arms)
-lateral DB raises): 1x15 reps, 1 x 12 reps, 2 x 10reps

*between 2-3s on the extrentric part, 1s stretch

Muscle are getting fuller while waist is getting thinner.
Working on that X frame to really fit into the classic physique division

As I started to get a bit watery from the NPP, then leading me to breathing heavily (which is something I avoid as I have a little lungs issue since I’m kid), I have slowly reduced the carbs intake (and increased the protein).
Also added 10mg proviron ED

220lbs/99.7kg this morning. (I’m 5’6/171cm)
I usually feel lethargic with a shortened breathing at this weight but that is not the case. Slow and steady gains made me avoid those issues compared to when I make quick gainz

Reached 100.9kg this morning
I’ll go on small cut, as I have a photoshoot in 2 weeks,
I’ll simply run:
Currently on:
Test cypionate: 200mg E3D
Boldenone: 250mg E3D
HGH: 5iu training day (morning/post workout)

And after that I’ll jump on TRT for few months
