Primo at 400mg for the last 3 blasts, was the price actually worth what it delivered for me?

Primo at 400 is where it earns its keep, anything under that and you are wasting good money. Pricey right now with the raw situation but the quality on a lean run speaks for itself. Just buy it from somewhere you trust, it is the most faked compound going.

Run primo at 400 across two blasts and the look is the whole payoff, dry hard tissue with no watery bloat, but it never put real scale weight on me the way test or deca does. At 120 a vial now you need 2 a week to run it properly and that adds up quick. The guys moaning primo did nothing are nearly always the ones who ran 200 or 300 and felt flat, it genuinely needs 400 minimum before you see anything. If money is tight I would put it into more test before chasing primo, it only earns its price tag in a lean bulk sat on a proper test base.
