Got a mate who wants to run something to add a bit of size but flat out refuses to pin, proper needle phobia, wont even consider a delt shot. Hes asking me if theres any oral only run thats actually worth doing or if its all just a waste of liver. My gut says without a test base hes going to end up shut down and flat with not much to show for it, but i told him id ask here before giving him an answer. Is there any version of oral only that isnt pointless, or do i just keep telling him to get over the needle thing and pin properly?
