Reading posts like this as a beginner is really helpful. The honesty about regrets and what you would do differently is more valuable than any cycle advice thread. Planning to start with a simple test only cycle next spring and take it from there. No rush.

Been running cycles since 2005. Not here to preach but a few things I wish I had done differently. Should have started bloodwork earlier. Ran too much too soon in my 20s chasing size and paid for it with lipids. Wish I had started TRT protocol instead of blasting PCT blasting pattern years earlier. What I would do the same - deca at 300 to 400mg has been the backbone of every good bulk. Still stands up. Anyone else at 20 years in feel free to add.

20 years in - respect. The bloodwork point is the one I wish I had started earlier too. Ran my first 3 cycles with no bloods at all, just going on feel. Stupid in hindsight. Now I do full panels before and at week 6 of every blast.

20 years is a long run. The regrets about early lipid damage from running too much too young is something I hear from older members here too. Good reminder to stay conservative on dose, keep up the bloodwork, and not chase results too fast. Appreciate the honest post.

The point about starting bloodwork earlier is hitting home for me. I got a baseline panel before my first cycle but only because someone on this forum told me to. The guidance on here genuinely kept me from making mistakes I would have made otherwise.

The PCT cycle approach burning people out rings true. I know guys in Munich who did the blast PCT pattern for years and ended up on TRT anyway after their natural production never recovered. Would have been better to just accept it earlier and manage it properly.

The point about too much too soon in your 20s is well taken. I am 34 and trying to keep doses moderate and cycles structured. The competitive pressure to run more is real even if there is nobody checking. Reading experienced guys reflect on regrets keeps me grounded.

The regret about starting bloodwork late resonates. I got lucky - read this forum for 6 months before touching anything and had a full baseline panel first. The culture on here of requiring bloodwork before advice is genuinely responsible and probably saved me from mistakes.

The regret about running too much too soon in your 20s is something I keep hearing from experienced guys. Trying to be patient and stay sensible on my first few cycles even when it is tempting to add compounds. Reading posts like this helps.

The blast PCT pattern causing permanent HPTA suppression in a subset of users is documented. The mechanism is repeated hypothalamic downregulation with incomplete recovery between cycles, particularly when PCT is inadequate or cycles run too long. Blast and cruise avoids this by not pretending recovery is happening when it is not.

The blast PCT blast pattern burning guys out is real. I know people who did that cycle for 10 years and their natural test never came back properly. Blast and cruise is the honest long term approach once you accept you are in this for life.
