Considering swapping deca for NPP on my next run. Shorter cycle this time, probably 10 weeks, and the whole point of keeping it shorter means I don't want a long ester nandrolone sitting in me for another 3 weeks after I finish.
Interested in how fast people actually felt it. Joint relief specifically, not just the scale moving. And what sides came up that you actually had to manage, not just the theory.
Running it alongside test e 500, thinking 400mg NPP weekly split EOD. Anyone done something similar?

Ran NPP at 400mg paired with test e at 600 last winter. Joint relief was noticeable by week 3, shoulders especially. Nowhere near the water deca puts on you and when I dropped it after 10 weeks it cleared out fast, maybe 10 days before I felt the change.
Prolactin is the thing to stay on top of. I kept caber at 0.25mg twice a week from the start and never had an issue. Skip it and you'll know about it. Keep test above the NPP dose, that part is non-negotiable.

NPP is solid for shorter runs. The joint relief is real and clearing fast when you need to is a genuine advantage over deca.

NPP is a mainstay for me, wether in size gaining or a "cutting" phase. You should notice a difference in the first week. I wouldn't run it though any less than 8 weeks

The caber point is worth repeating. A lot of members wait until they feel something before reaching for it, but by that point prolactin has already been elevated for a while. 0.25mg twice a week from the start of the nandrolone run keeps you ahead of it rather than chasing it down after the fact.
