Living in Manhattan and running gear means some things are just different. No room for a fridge dedicated to peptides. Pinning in a 600sqft apartment with a roommate. Ordering to a PO box. Getting bloodwork at a walk in clinic on my lunch break. Anyone else in a major city juggling this? The lifestyle content on forums is usually guys with garages and home gyms. For city guys it is different. What has actually worked for you.

Managing gear in a shared apartment in Munich is the same situation. I keep everything in a locked box in my wardrobe. Sharps disposal at the pharmacy, no questions asked here in Germany. The logistics are manageable, just takes a bit of organisation.

The city logistics discussion is reassuring. Oslo is similar to Stockholm - pharmacies are straightforward about sharps disposal, no questions asked. One thing I did not expect is how normal the bloodwork process is here. Doctor was direct and helpful when I told him I was considering a cycle.

Managing gear in a Cape Town flat is similar to what everyone else describes - locked box, sharps disposal at the pharmacy. One thing unique here is the summer heat. Storing oils in a hot flat is a concern, keep everything in a cool dark place. Lost a vial to oil degradation once from heat exposure.

City logistics in Stockholm are similar - PO box for orders, sharps bin from the pharmacy. One advantage here is the pharmacy system is open about harm reduction, no judgment on sharps disposal or even basic cycle questions if you approach it right. Europe is generally easier for this than I imagine the US or AU to be.

I order to a PO box too - works well. The outdoor lifestyle actually makes gear logistics easier in some ways, I can pin in the truck before a hike and nobody is the wiser. Colorado is pretty relaxed about this stuff culturally compared to some states.

Managing gear in a city flat is a real thing nobody talks about. I am in a 2 bed in London, pins go in a sharps bin from the pharmacy, order to my parents address in case. Works fine once you sort the logistics but it takes some planning the first time around.

City gym life in Sydney is similar - ordering to a work address, pins in a toiletries bag in the bathroom. The logistics are different to guys with home setups but it works fine once you have a system. Walk-in blood test clinic on George St is where I get all my panels done.
