Mate, PIP sorted itself out after my first week. Warm the oil and inject slowly is what they all say and they are right. I was being too quick with the plunge. Switching injection sites, quad one day glute the next, gives each site proper recovery time.

Been using MTS gear for 18 months now. Never had serious PIP. The key for me mate is warming the vial and not rushing the plunge. Take your time on the injection. Also switched from 23g to 25g needle for quads and PIP almost disappeared.

The pharmacokinetics are interesting. PIP results from myonecrosis triggered by carrier oil crystallising at body temperature. Compounds with high benzyl benzoate in proportion to carrier volume are worst offenders. MTS products seem well-formulated, consistent PIP profile across batches.

I have a spreadsheet tracking PIP scores per compound and batch for three years. Higher oil concentration correlates with PIP. Slower injection velocity reduces PIP score by approximately 40%. Warming oil to body temperature effectively eliminates PIP for most compounds. MTS products cluster in the low-PIP range in my data.

Post-injection pain is an inflammatory response to intramuscular foreign body introduction. Key differentiator from infection: PIP peaks at 24-48h and resolves completely by 72-96h without fever or systemic symptoms. NSAID at peak PIP reduces duration by approximately 30% in controlled observations. Warming carrier oil to 37 degrees reduces viscosity allowing slower plunge speed with less tissue trauma.

Getting some PIP in my quads with Test Prop. Switched to glutes and it is mostly gone. Lads on here said warm the oil, aye that helps. 23g was too thick going in, switched to 25g slow plunge and it is loads better.

In the past i have used very bad quality gear and got lumps 2 years on my glutes , imagine the pain? Even Testoviron Bayer hurts for 2 to 3 days and got it from pharmacy. Pain is normal but when this happens every shoot probably your body is inflamed and anything you shoot even top pharma grade Bayer will do the same .
I have this problem and some of my athletes also. I put them on antibiotic amoxiciline and then they can shoot every day no problem .

When you have a huge inflamation on your body from gear , food, disease or anything else your body is completely inflamed and thats why your shoots hurt like that.

Warm the oil. That is it. That is the answer 90% of the time. Warm oil, slow plunge, right muscle. Been doing this 20+ years. The lads with PIP problems are always rushing.

Was using the test e for about a year or so, never had any issues. quite liked the the stuff. i was only really using it at a therapeutic, trt dose as i'm getting older. however about six months ago i stopped. i had gotten an order and when i finally began to use the gear from my new order, the next day it would feel like i had been kicked in the ass by a horse. and it would feel like that for several days. thought it was fluke, and switche dto a different cheek only for it to happen again. found an older vial and used that everything was fine. when it ran out, i went back to the stuff that made me sore thinking i would know for sure if it was this different bactch or whatever that was the problem. again, it would always feel like that ass cheek had been kicked by a horse. told a buddy of mine that put me on to mts and he said i must be pinning wrong. but now, just the other day he calls me and says him and his gym bro are having the same issue.

at the time i was hesitant to post and complain because i was a new customer and idk i didn't want to be seen as trying to take advantage cuz idk how would i ever prove something like that? but now that i've heard it from two other friends i'd like to at least put it out there because mts seems liek a solid company and would probably want to identify any issues. no hard feelings but i've been off the shit for a minute and it really sucks. anyone else have this or have advice?

Do you wipe the bottle with alcohol wipes before pulling the product into the serynge ?

Do you have other bottle on hand you can use?

Did you tried to email MTS?

I’ve been using MTS since 2017, I had this issue once, MTS fixed it.

This type stuff can happen, it is very rare with such a good brand, but can happen
