I placed a order and was going to pay in bitcoin, but can’t find the address to send the money too.

easier to email us about this. you have received payment info and in there is the btc wallet info to pay for your order

we sometimes have email issues and payment links never turn up. Until I see that tons of people complain of not getting emails and then I have to restart the email server. Happens from time to time.

I sent 3 emails to you. Your email system is probably blocking our email address. send a ticket in at Contact Us - MTS support directly. I see no tickets from you and I did send you 3 emails with payment details.

I also see you are using safe-mail.net, of which I know blocks our email address. So you can try to white list our email address or directly send a ticket in via the above link and ask to change your email address to something other than safe-mail.

I don’t think I have an unpaid balance. But I also haven’t ordered in a long time. Last order was over three years and I received it. Why do I see the message of pay an unpaid balance?

nothing should show. Maybe a bug. Your account for this email address seems to be fine.
