I made an order a couple of weeks ago same as many orders I’ve made before. Payment link never came and I e emailed 3 times and now see order cancelled and my account locked. Please unlock my account so I can try re order.

I am trying g to place an order and it says my account is banned.my last order was received and paid for. In my accounts it says my current order is pending but still get the banned message at the bottom of the page.

I sent my payment through western union and it says it's still available. I replied to the e-mail with the information. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Once you have sent the money then sit back and relax, you will be getting a tracking once its up and your order will be processed.

I have already resolved it in email. Just wait for emails for this, it takes twice as long to resolve matters on "public" forums than just via email. We don't work 24/7 365 days per year. Please be patient

already solved, and as said its always easier to just send us an email instead of via the forum
