Thanks bro! Maybe add in some Shredded next time, i didn't tried it out yet but i heard good things about it pre competition at keeping you full.
We didn't carbload with cheats, the day before the show a lot of white potato, basmati rice, honey and jam and the day of the show Simple sugars: rice cakes with honey, rice, jam, chocolate, chips, wine. After the show i got pizza end yeah then the fullness and vascularity hit me hard! but we just want to keep it save with carbloading.. Afraid i would come in to watery, but the pizza and sugary cheats only helped me at getting fuller, harder and vascular! so something to keep in mind for the next time :P
