The next 4 weeks i will let my body recover from the competition diet etc. Just going to shoot 1ml test e from MTS with some hcg 250 iu 2x EW.
After that i'll start my recomp/rebound cycle to put on lean muscle. I'll keep updating with pics, training and diet in this log
I'm thinking of giving HGH and insuline a chance and take things to the next level! But it will be a long off-season with the main goal to stay in decent shape year round (7-8%) and put on a lot of muscle and don't see the benefits of going full bulk mode again pack on a lot of water and fat that i'll have to trim of for a next time competition.
