Basically we started carb-cycling about 6-8 weeks out. First it was 3 days low 1 day high then a few times 4 days low 1 day high and the last 4 weeks 2 days low 1 day high because my metabolism was just so fast.
A low carb day i still had about 250-300 carbs, my body's reaction on carbs is just insane. And as long as you're in a deficit it is fine. In peak week we went a little lower on the carbs but that's basically it.
