    Diet and sources of food within the diet are crucial. My look on 3k calories from nutrient dense food is 2x better than poptarts and protein shakes

    Very true, I find plenty of salt or rich food is good but with plenty of water too. Lucozade gives me that pissing too much out feeling

    Mr Big I like your posts but it isnt impossible to eat 4000cal and nit gain weight, I was one of those guys years ago, my friend was eating 7000cal clean and lost 2kg at one point,
    if people fall in those categories something is wrong with their thyroid and digestive system, when fixed the "normal rules apply"

    he sent in pics before he had them to me and another member on another forum, 1kg meat with rice etc it was ridiculous
    I also know a guy who cuts on 4000cal and gets to 6% and he also bulks on 4000cal as well and makes progress,, go figure
