we are very fast with sending of payment info so just wait few hrs max and you will always be ready to pay and order on same day

i am getting a blank screen and only see the message:

** ORDER CUT OFF TIME IS 6PM UK. UK CUSTOMERS EXPECT DELIVERY TO BE WITHIN 72 HOURS (WEEKDAYS) FROM PAYMENT **

** You have a pending order, you won't be able to order again until your previous one is paid first. If you feel this is in error, please email - failure to pay an invoice with an explanation will lose 50% of banked points. **

in red letters. I have never ordered before (had stuff in shopping basket but never proceeded). Now I want to make a purchase but I am unable to... there is no button or nothing. Can you please check what is wrong?

Also when I check "orders" it is blank, nothing there... so im positive i have no outstanding orders or anything.

when did you make the order? we always send payment emails within 24hrs and very often within the same hour. so unless you sent an email 3 days ago then something went wrong but otherwise just a bit of patience and you will recive the payment details
