    First of all happy easter!
    Had a great workout this morning, but had to puke at the end

    About the biotropin, how do u use it if it's just the cartridge? Sorry I haven't got any experience with it yet!
    People have different ideas/protocols, no right or wrong answers sometimes I would only consider insulin for growth phase when you have maxed out size wise on anabolics.

    GH alone in low doses is fine, the problems can start if it is used in higher doses consistently, every day for long periods of time. I would recommend 8 weeks on and then a break. Maybe take some time off (1-2 wks) midway through prep and rely on a fat burner before going back on until the last 2 weeks, when it should be removed so you can really see your condition as the water comes off.

    Experiment with the GH timing. If you take it pre bed, when it peaks 3 hrs later you may wake up very hungry and have trouble with sleep. This is my experience anyway.
    First thing is an ideal time to take, especially on a diet. I do 20-30 mins of cardio upon waking after a litre of water, then GH shot, then breakfast.

    The cartridge is double ended(dry powder in one end, 1ml of water in the other).I use a regular pin to inject the water slowly down the side of the cartridge. Do not inject directly onto the powder. GH is fragile once reconstituted. Once the water is in slowly rotate the cartridge until the powder has dissolved. Be gentle when handling it & keep it in the fridge.

    You will need to purchase insulin syringes to inject(5 units on the syringe is 2.25 iu's of GH). I alternate side delts towards the bottom of the head.

    Diet looks good

    Did u notice any difference between medtropin and biotropin when it comes to water retention? Ever tried the jenling one?

    I'll experiment with the timing and see what works best! Low dose should be enough for me!

    Had a quick workout yesterday, just 30min.
    Busy week at work this week, so I keep my workouts short and intens! Love to train that way! Yesterday I did shoulders. Today will be back!

    Had an awesome leg workout yesterday! Crushed a 250kg (550lb) squat ass to the grass! Second rep failed, didn't get it on video next time I will!

    Have a few more days left this cycle, I've upped the parabolan dosage to 150mg eod to see how that works out. I've never used more than 100mg eod so wanted to know. Been running 150eod for a week or so, i can already tell you it's too much for me. Shortbreath, bad sleep and everything feels annoying etc.

    Really want to thank MTS for their quality gear!
    After my cruise I'll start my prep! Can't wait to get on stage again!

    Cruise will be 300mg test cyp and maybe some primobolan
