Thread: Junior on the road to his next comp

    Sorry I didn't post that much this week, unfortnunatly I got ill this week
    But it's almost gone so I got back on track today! Still got 5weeks left to enjoy the MTS-gear! I"ll be doing some recomping next weeks. Macros will be carbs: 427gr fats:45gr and protein: 285

    After this cycle I"ll take rest for about 6/8weeks and than I"ll start my prep! Me and my coach want to recomp down so I"ll be in shape about 8 weeks out and than literally GROW INTO THE SHOW!

    Thanks to godzilla my mts shirt will be here to in a few days!

    drop the primo in the first 8weeks, and add MG's to the primo in the last weeks

    edit: med mutasion has primo in it so I understand

    Hi Daann01,

    Personally I would not run insulin pre contest or pre workout at all. It's a storage hormone and regardless of having your carbs in check, in my opinion not worth the risk here. Your stack along with 3g of creatine, electrolytes & plenty of water will take care of your fullness for your workout

    Same with the GH pre workout. The GH would be better suited to first thing in the morning to combat cortisol levels and get some good fat burning affects going

    I have reviewed Bio Science GH here (https://mtsboard.com/threads/1367-Bio-Science-GH-Review). In my opinion it is superior to Medtropin ( i've used both)If you were to run 1 kit, it would last 22 days @2iu's ED. Alternatively I recommend 3iu's ED (2 kits lasts 30 days) I have had great results during my growth phase and will be charting progress as I transition into my prep in May.

    What will your diet look like for the start of your prep?

    Thanks for the tip bro, but yeah it's already in the med-mutasion. So it'll just be 2ml's extra to get to 500mg a week, but I might order some extra to up the dose last weeks. Not sure if it's worth it

    My coach wanted to use insulin because of hgh.
    Wasn't clear about the hgh I"ll take that before bedtime not preworkout ofcourse.

    About the biotropin, how do u use it if it's just the cartridge? Sorry I haven't got any experience with it yet!

    Dieet depends on my shape ofcourse, but usually something like:

    Breakfast
    35gr whey
    85gr oats
    10gr almonds

    Meal1
    85gr rice
    175gr chicken/250gr pangasius
    150gr broccoli

    Meal2
    85gr rice
    175gr steak
    150gr broccoli

    Meal3
    85gr rice
    175gr steak
    150gr broccoli

    Meal4
    85gr rice
    175gr chicken/250gr panga
    400gr cucumber

    Meal5
    75gr oats
    35gr whey

    Bedtime
    2whole eggs
    4eggwhites

    People have different ideas/protocols, no right or wrong answers sometimes I would only consider insulin for growth phase when you have maxed out size wise on anabolics.

    GH alone in low doses is fine, the problems can start if it is used in higher doses consistently, every day for long periods of time. I would recommend 8 weeks on and then a break. Maybe take some time off (1-2 wks) midway through prep and rely on a fat burner before going back on until the last 2 weeks, when it should be removed so you can really see your condition as the water comes off.

    Experiment with the GH timing. If you take it pre bed, when it peaks 3 hrs later you may wake up very hungry and have trouble with sleep. This is my experience anyway.
    First thing is an ideal time to take, especially on a diet. I do 20-30 mins of cardio upon waking after a litre of water, then GH shot, then breakfast.

    The cartridge is double ended(dry powder in one end, 1ml of water in the other).I use a regular pin to inject the water slowly down the side of the cartridge. Do not inject directly onto the powder. GH is fragile once reconstituted. Once the water is in slowly rotate the cartridge until the powder has dissolved. Be gentle when handling it & keep it in the fridge.

    You will need to purchase insulin syringes to inject(5 units on the syringe is 2.25 iu's of GH). I alternate side delts towards the bottom of the head.

    Diet looks good
