Good session I’m now going to build up slight incline smith and hit 180kg few weeks get videos added long goal work up to 200kg max anymore I feel won’t give more gains but injury risk but I feel this session the best on chest
and photos in a couple of weeks again
Bodyweight now 270lbs 10 pounds up from last photos
Tomorrow is legs look forward too it
